WISE Women’s Ministry Group

So, I am a part of a women’s group in church called WISE women’s ministry, or “Women In Scripture Everyday Colossians 2:2-3”; and it has been such a blessing on my life. Colossians 2:2-3 reads: “My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. (NIV)”, and this explains the group so perfectly. I have gained so much knowledge from this group and formed meaningful relationships with many sisters in Christ of all ages, and I look forward to meeting with them each Sunday. We are now finishing up a women’s bible study on John 13-17 by Susan J. Heck. I had not joined the group, yet when they started this book but have been present for the majority of the study. We are now on chapter 24, the last chapter of the study, titled “The High Priestly Prayer; Part 3: Christ Prays for Future Believers” which covers John 17:20-26. I will be reading through this study this week, so follow me to find out more! Another reason I started this blog was so I would be consistent with my own readings, so I am excited to get started on this and share my thoughts and hear others as well! This book is a great devotional to do with a group of ladies, or you can do it by yourself. I will share a picture below if you want to get it for yourself!
